Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp red chili flakes (or more to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Step 1
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 2
Arrange in a single layer in the Wonder Oven air fryer basket, with the bake pan underneath it.
Step 3
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 16–18 minutes, shaking once halfway, until sprouts are deeply golden and crisp.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Step 5
Transfer sprouts to a serving dish and drizzle with chili-honey glaze before serving.
