- Hand wash only to preserve the nonstick coating; don’t use abrasive sponges and avoid putting a hot pan in cold water
- To deglaze the pan interior, just boil some water with a bit of baking soda, then wipe it down with a gentle sponge
- If using in the oven, it’s safe up to 230°C
- When the Griddle Pan is on the hob, use low to medium heat and a couple tablespoons of high smoke point fat to preserve the nonstick (when used as a griddle, the pan will naturally patina on the bottom)
- Wipe any spills from the outside of your Griddle Pan before they get baked in
- Oven safe for larger ovens (over 56 c.m. wide interior)
