We love cooking with our ovens — it’s easy (one-sheet-pan dinners anyone?), hands off (no standing and stirring required), and ensures more even heat distribution all around. That’s why we made our Ovenware Set: to give you all the tools you need so you’re prepped and ready to make anything you want (challah, silvanas, mooncakes, pizza, carnitas, kibbeh, all manner of casseroles…the sky’s the limit!). First, Shadae Williams shares not one, but four (!!!) oven-baked recipes — pesto focaccia, spinach artichoke dip, tomato confit, and pesto chicken pasta salad — along with her laid-back approach to cooking in the oven.
Next up, we’re treated to a dish that holds a special place in Olivia Noceda’s heart: simple egg sandwiches that she grew up eating every Sunday with her dad.
And then, Zaynab Issa gives us her take on some good old fashioned pastries with her delicious berry and cheese danishes…yum!
Finally, Remi Idowu welcomes us into her kitchen with her delicious juicy roast chicken dinner recipe, complete with crispy roast potatoes and mac and cheese.
