NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND AUSTRALIA. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE PRIZE ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS AND RETURN THEM WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE OF NOTIFICATION, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW. BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE PROMOTER (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES

PROMOTERS: For eligible entrants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, the Promoter of the Promotion is Lagom Kitchen Company located at 2251 Barry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90064 (“Our Place”). For eligible entrants who are legal residents of Australia, the Promoter of the Promotion is Our Place ANZ Pty. Ltd. located at Hall Chadwick Melbourne, Level 14, 440 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (“Our Place”). In either instance, Our Place is referred to hereinafter as “Promoter”.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION AND TIMING: The "Golden Giveaway" Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on or about October 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on October 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select eight (8) total winners of a Prize from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, as set forth more fully below. Of these winners, there will be: four (4) Prize winners selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, as well as four (4) Prize winners selected randomly from the pool of eligible entrants who are legal residents of Australia. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter which shall be final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law. Promoter’s designated computer shall be the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Australia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Promoter, and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, including the administrator of this Promotion if any (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: There is NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY to participate in the Promotion. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. All entries must meet the following criteria to be eligible.

GENERAL RULES: During the Promotion Period, an individual entrant may obtain a maximum number of five (5) entries by signing up for email notifications (“Email Entry”), logging in to an account on Promoter’s website (“Log-in Entry”), or referring a friend to Promoter (“Referral Entry”). Each method of entry is detailed more fully below. Email Entry will entitle an entrant to one (1) entry, Log-in Entry will entitle an entrant to one (1) entry, and Referral Entry will entitle an entrant to a maximum of three (3) entries, for a maximum number of five (5) possible entries per entrant.

EMAIL ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants who are legal residents of the United Kingdom may enter the Promotion by visiting the Promoter’s website at https://fromourplace.co.uk/, and eligible entrants who are legal residents of Australia may enter the Promotion by visiting the Promoter’s website at https://fromourplace.co.au (each, respectively, the “Promoter Site” as applicable). Eligible entrants may then follow the instructions at the bottom of the webpage to sign up for email notifications. To sign up for emails, complete the “Keep in touch” form with the information requested. Upon completion and submission of the entry form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. By signing up, you agree to Promoter’s Terms of Service (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/terms) and Privacy Policy (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy). You may unsubscribe at any time.

LOG-IN ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by visiting the Promoter’s account-log-in website at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/dirty-dishes-club (the “Promoter Account Site”) and following the instructions on the webpage to sign in to your account. If you do not have a preexisting account, you may create an account on the Promoter Account Site with the information requested; you may then sign in to your account to complete Log-in Entry. Upon signing in to your account on the Promoter Account Site, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. By signing in, you agree to Promoter’s Terms of Service (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/terms) and Privacy Policy (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy), as well as the Promoter’s account-specific Terms of Service (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/program-specific-terms).

REFERRAL ENTRY: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Promotion by visiting the Promoter’s refer-a-friend website at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/refer-a-friend (the “Promoter Referral Site”) and following the instructions on the webpage to complete an eligible referral. Upon completion and submission of the entry form on the Promoter Referral Site, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. By signing up, you agree to Promoter’s Refer a Friend Terms of Service (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/program-specific-terms) and Privacy Policy (available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/privacy). Limit three (3) Referral Entries per person, regardless of the method of submission. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Use of computer programs (other than as generally necessary to manually use social networks or access websites for the purposes described herein) and other automatic means to enter the Promotion is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access, usage charges and/or mobile usage imposed by your online service or mobile provider may apply. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial Promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Promoter, in its sole reasonable discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry in question will be deemed to be the entrant, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria for this Promotion. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof that he or she is the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Any communication or information transmitted to Promoter and/or the Promotion Site by electronic mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. Entries become the exclusive property of the Promoter and will not be returned or acknowledged. As a condition of entering the Promotion, each entrant gives consent: (1) for Promoter to obtain and deliver his or her name, email address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules; and (2) to the collection, storage and use of his or her personally identifiable information by Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy located at https://fromourplace.co.uk/pages/privacy.

All entry information and posts shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions defined below.

Limit five (5) Submissions through the Promotion period per individual entrant. Each Submission submitted by an entrant must be different than previous Submission(s) submitted by that entrant, as determined by Promoter in its reasonable discretion. Duplicate Submissions by the same person will be subject to disqualification. An entrant may use only one (1) Promoter account, one (1) email account, and a maximum number of three (3) unique friend referrals to participate in the Promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Promoter account and/or email account to participate in the Promotion. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Promoter webpage/ email accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Promoter account/ email account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each selected entrant may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Promoter made in accordance with these rules, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

ODDS: Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of entries received during the Promotion Period.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Promotion Period, the winner(s) will be randomly selected in a drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Promoter or its third party administrator, using randomization methods selected by Promoter or its third party administrator in its sole discretion. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified via email. Promoter shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason outside the control of the Promoter.

The first four (4) randomly selected winners, selected out of the pool of eligible entrants from the United Kingdom and Australia, will be potential winners of the Prize, defined below.

If a selected entrant does not respond within three (3) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such selected entrant, such selected entrant will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate selected entrant may be selected. Promoter may successively attempt to contact up to three (3) selected entrant(s) of an applicable prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner(s) of such applicable prize after such attempts have been made, such prize may go unawarded.

PRIZES – THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY: There are four (4) Prizes available. The Prize consists of a bundle of: one (1) pair of Hot Grips and one (1) Always Pan. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Prize is £160.

No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Applicable portions of the prize will be delivered only to an address in the countries where this Promotion is offered. No financial or other compensation will be made for any other use of the Entry. Promoter reserves the right to choose the coloring for all Prize items.

The total ARV of all prizes for United Kingdom entrants is £640.

PRIZES – AUSTRALIA ONLY: There are four (4) Prizes available. The Prize consists of a bundle of: one (1) pair of Hot Grips and one (1) Always Pan. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) for the Prize is AU$315.

The total ARV of all prizes for Australia entrants is AU$1,260.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes will be awarded only if each selected entrant fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, television and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other Promotion materials are for illustrative purposes only. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, and made available to entrants in advance. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize(s) will be allowed, except Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize.

Promoter makes no guarantees, conditions, representations, or warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PROMOTER, INSTAGRAM, AND THEIR ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, FRANCHISEES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER.WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PROMOTER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF YOU ARE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN AUSTRALIA, THEN NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES THE LIABILITY OF THE FOREGOING FOR FRAUD, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH TO THE EXTENT IT RESULTS FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE OR FROM ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE: The Promoter does not exclude or limit its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded.

The Promoter accepts no liability in relation to an entrant's participation (or inability to participate) in this Contest, including without limitation any use made by any of the winners of (or inability to use) their respective prizes, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to that general exclusion, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss of income, profits, sales or damage to reputation, incurred by any entrant.

Australia only: Nothing in these Official Rules limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other relevant legislation, as well as any other implied warranties under any similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR PROMOTER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL MANDATORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each entrant who is a resident of the United Kingdom agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prize awarded and the enforceability of these Official Rules, shall be governed by laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each entrant who is a resident of Australia agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prize awarded and the enforceability of these Official Rules, shall be governed by laws of Australia and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant state or territory.

Use of Data. Promoter will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Promoter’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Promoter’s privacy policy. By registering for the Promotion and/or submitting an Entry, each participant is providing his/her personal data to the Promoter as data controller. The personal data an entrant provides will be used exclusively by the Promoter for the administration of the Promotion and (if he/she agrees) to be contacted regarding future competitions and events of the Promoter. Promoter’s use of information submitted by entrants in connection with this Contest will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as to the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at https://fromourplace.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
