You'll Need:

  • 6 bananas 
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • handful of strawberries 
  • handful of blueberries 
  • slices of sponge cake 
  • tortilla wraps 
  • 1 cup soy milk 
  • 3 tbsp gram flour 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • squirty cream, melted chocolate and icing sugar for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Melt the sugar on a medium heat in the Mini Always Pan; shake and don't stir whilst the sugar is melting. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the warm melted butter and a splash of warm water. 

  2. Place the Mini Always Pan back onto the heat and constantly stir to melt the caramel. Slice your bananas in half then place onto the caramel; after a few minutes, flip the bananas over and cook for a few more minutes. 

  3. Place a banana onto a tortilla wrap, along with a slice of sponge cake, smashed blueberries, and sliced strawberries, then wrap up into a burrito. 

  4. Mix the milk, gram flour, cornflour, cinnamon and vanilla extract -- then dip the burrito into the mixture before searing in the Mini Always Pan. 

  5. Slice in half, place on a serving plate cut side up, top with melted chocolate, more sliced fruit and squirty cream.

  6. Tuck in and enjoy x
